No minimum stay
is required. Check in time is 3-5 p.m. with check out time at 11a.m. Consumption
of alcohol is permitted, however smoking is not allowed. Children age 12
and older are welcome, under 12 by prior arrangement only please. No guest pets allowed; owners do have 1 dog.
Business rates are
available Sunday - Thursday, wireless internet, access to printer and fax,
and early continental breakfast.
Deposit Required:
Credit card number is required to hold a reservation - nothing will be
charged at the time of reservation. We accept MasterCard or Visa.
Cancellations: If cancellation is
less than 7 days notice (10 days for holidays or whole house rentals), 50%
of reservation dates will be charged unless those nights can be re-rented.. |
