A beautiful new B&B
within walking distance to downtown Grand Rapids. We have four two-room suites each with private bath and one with a whirlpool.
Two have gas fireplaces. The main floor suite has its own outside entrance.
Each suite has a telephone and television with VCR and DVD player. The common
living room has a wood burning fireplace to take the chill out of a Minnesota winter. |

Located at the cross roads of Hwy 169 and Hwy 2 we are just 1 1/2 hours drive north west of Duluth on Hwy 2, and just 3 hours north of the Twin Cities on Hwy 169. From Hwy 169 and Hwy 2 in Grand Rapids: Follow Hwy
2 West to Hwy 38 North 3 blocks, to 8th Street East 1 block, to 2nd Ave NW South 1/2

| The home was built by Mr. & Mrs. Matt Miltich, a jeweler, for their family of ten children. It remained the Miltitch home until 1991 when St. Joseph's Catholic Church bought it for their rectory. In 2001 it was sold to Ron and Karen Herbig who had been looking for just the right house for a couple of years and this was it! The home was purchased in June 2002, and by the end of December the Morning Glory Bed and Breakfast was ready to open. |
| While 2002 was dedicated to inside and front porch construction, the next two years were also quite busy with landscaping the very large yard with beauty and privacy in mind. We now have several gardens, a patio surrounded by flowers, adirondack chairs in front of the fountain and very soon a charming pergola will provide the guest with a cozy place to relax with a cool drink or read a book. |
