If you have ever seriously thought about owning a bed and breakfast or maybe just having fun innsitting for awhile, then you would be making a great start by attending our 4th annual seminar here at Morning Glory! Lynn and Del Mottaz of Meadows Bed and Breakfast Services, are professional facilitators who have owned a bed and breakfast, have done innsitting for several years and teach the art of both!  This will be a "hands-on" intensive seminar that includes everything from buying, financing, business plans, emergency situations, marketing yourself or your inn and much more. The rate is $400 per couple or $340 for singles, covers 2 nights lodging at the Morning Glory, all materials and instruction and most meals. Summer is the time for vacations and just getting away from it all and we would like to help you get to the Morning Glory in beautiful Grand Rapids! Choose your favorite available suite and receive $10 off one night or $20 off a two night reservation. Itasca County has many fun things to do such as finding the "Lost Forty", Scenic State park - a gorgeous peninsula hiking trail and canoe rental;  the Forest History Center, Judy Garland Museum, the Mesabi Bike Trail is absolutely beautiful and bike rental is available in town, antiques, shopping, great dining, or just enjoy sitting on our patio with a cool drink and a book!

This package is great for your wedding night, anniversary or anytime you need time alone with the one you love! When you check into your spacious, beautifully decorated 2-room suite, you'll find fresh flowers in a take home vase and chilled sparkling alcoholic (or non) wine.  With this package you may also choose to have breakfast "ensuite" if you like! Add $25 to the price of the suite chosen.

The best way to celebrate your new marriage or your anniversary is time alone!  And at the Morning Glory that means a luxurious 2-room suite with a 2-sided fireplace, private bath with whirlpool and antique queen bed in our Champagne and Roses Suite.  Add to the package a complimentary bottle of bubbly, personally engraved champagne flutes, a certificate for dinner at the Forest Lake Steakhouse, both breakfasts "en suite" and what more could you want?  This fabulous 2-night package is $285.00 plus tax.  For the same price you can also choose our Northwoods suite. The other two suites, Garden Room is $280.00 plus tax and Captain's Quarters may also be available for $250.00 plus tax.  We need a 2-week notice for the flutes or they will be shipped to you later.

Whether it is for the family reunion, girls night out or your house just isn't big enough for all your guests, this special is for you!  Rent all four suites, which includes four 2-room casually elegant suites, all private baths, and a full breakfast for only $396.00/weekend night or $361.00 week night!  Child age restrictions are waived with this special, although we do not have equipment for babies.
